WELCOME! I'm Sabrina and this is my site all about my nails! I have several other accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and so on where I show off my nails and techniques I've learned from other artists. My hopes for creating this blog is to help others and teach the skills and tricks I have learned from some of my favorite nail artists. I've always enjoyed painting my nails. But after several pictures of different designs, I wanted to take my nail painting to a whole new level! Im very excited for this blog and I hope you all are too. Enjoy!
HELLO EVERYBODY! So I am so sorry about not uploading anything new in a while! I have been extremely busy! But I am going to try my hardest to keep up with my blog! I have a lot of new stuff coming up and I'm excited to share it all with everyone! Until then, paint on! -Sabrina - 7/6/13 -
So I've finally got back into my nail wheels and I painted these two fun designs. On the left is a step-by-step floral design. And on the left we have everyone's favorite, MINIONS! Yes I am completely obsessed with these characters so I tried painting one :) MORE TOO COME SOON
These are the brushes I use for designing. I actually got these as a christmas present but I believe they came from Sally's Beauty Supply. Sally's has a lot of nail related tools as well as several colors of polish to choose from!
This little piece on the left is my nail wheel. Nail wheels are almost like an extra hand to practice on...or several! So far I have completed 3 of them and I'm obsessed! I also use mine as sort of a reference to people if they can't decide what they want on their nails. I can just whip out my nail wheel full of different and colorful designs that give the person an idea of what they might want.
Most people know that these are just flossers for teeth. BUT...did you also know that you could use them on your nails?! With the help of matte polish, you can create nice thick or thin lines into the polish.
TIP OF THE WEEK!
Want your polish to look brighter? Try applying a white coat on before you put the color over it to give it a brighter look!
